Terms of Service for Hearth

1. Eligibility

Hearth provides tools for handmade businesses to track materials, create product recipes, and calculate product costs, pricing, and margins. The Service is provided for informational and business support purposes only.

Hearth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you connect your Etsy account, you authorize Hearth to access and use your Etsy data in accordance with your permissions and our Privacy Policy.

Hearth will access and use Etsy data solely to provide functionality requested by you within the Service. Hearth does not use Etsy data for advertising, resale, or unrelated purposes.

5.3 Revocation

You may disconnect your Etsy account at any time, which will terminate Hearth’s access to Etsy data going forward.

5.4 Compliance

Your use of Etsy integration must comply with applicable Etsy terms and policies.
